Where do I receive my $PIXEL for renting out my assets?

You receive your rewards on the same address as your ethereum address but on ronin

Do I receive rent payments if I lease my items on plots.finance?

You receive a minimum of ~10 PIXEL tokens per day and more depending on earning capacity of gamer.

Since the platform is new, is there any kind of insurance?

The contract is simple and audited, so risk is low. If there is any incident, we'll cover whatever is possible with our treasury.

Will earnings for NFT owners be updated weekly?

NFT owners will receive their earnings on a weekly basis or earlier depending if the borrower pays early. If the borrower fails to pay after 7 days then they are at risk to have their loan terminated. Terminated loans are sent back to your wallet and will show under the “Inventory” tab on the Plots platform. We encourage gamers to pay ASAP because the more they pay the more they earn PLOTS on the gamers leaderboard.

Do I receive PLOTS rewards for just listing my items, even if no one borrowed them?

Yes. You see your cumulative rewards on the NFT Owner leaderboard.

If I change my mind, can I remove my items before it is lent out?

Yes. Simply click the ‘Delist’ button on the Lease page and you can withdraw your land from plots.finance.

Do you keep ownership of your land when it's lent to the platform? As in, I can retake ownership of the exact same NFT at the end of the term, right? It's not tokenized instead?

Yes, you retain ownership. Only VLND and PLOTS are tokenized, not landowner P2P leasing.
